      Spc. Ortiz, a Rutgers University graduate, has been assigned Joint Force Headquarters – New Jersey located at Fort Dix.  After completing Basic Training at Fort Sill, Okla., he will attend the Officer Candidate School located at the National Guard Training Center in Sea Girt.
