Hillsborough resident Pvt. Marsdon L. Grogan II was sworn into the New Jersey Army National Guard on Nov. 27.  Grogan serve with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company 102nd Reconnaissance, Surveillance, Targeting, Acquisition, located at the National Guard Armory in Westfield as a Health Care Specialist, after he completes basic training at Fort Knox, Ky.
