Pennsauken resident Pvt. Juan Rivera Jr. (right) is congratulated by 2nd Lt. Marcello Dos Santos after enlisting in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Nov. 28.  Rivera will serve with Company A, 1st Battalion, 114th Infantry, located at the National Guard Armory in Mount Holly as an Infantryman, after he completes basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
