WHO/WHAT: The Vineland Veterans Memorial Home will hold a dedication ceremony of a tent pavilion, donated by Garr-Greenstein Post #39 of the Jewish War Veterans on May 4.  The new pavilion will be used as an outdoor shelter area for the veterans.   Brig. Gen. (retired) Frank Carlini, Director of Veteran Healthcare Services, New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and Joseph Romano, Chief Executive Officer of the Vineland Veterans Memorial Home will accept the donation from Post 39 Commander Bernard Friedenberg. Immediately following the dedication ceremony, there will be a picnic reception.
