Sicklerville resident Pvt. Gilbert J. Baynard is congratulated by Capt. Rich ard Karcher after enlisting in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Nov. 2. Baynard will serve with Company E, 250th Brigade Support Battalion located at the National Guard Armory in Vineland, as a Motor Transport Operator, after he completes basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C.
