Nutley resident Pvt. Stephen J. Nepa (left) is congratulated by 2nd Lt. Tiffaney Mohammed after enlisting in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Nov. 30.  Nepa will serve with Company D, 2-113th Infantry, located at the National Guard Armory in Jersey City as an Infantryman, after he completes basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
