Williamstown resident Pvt. Anthony P. Stuber is congratulated by 2nd Lt. Marcello Dos Santos after enlisting in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Nov. 7.   Stuber will serve with Company D, 1-150th Aviation Assault Battalion located at the National Guard Armory in West Trenton as an Aircraft Powertrain Mechanic, after he completes basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
