Little Egg Harbor Twp. resident Pvt. Raymond Degraw (left) was sworn into the New Jersey Army National Guard by Chief Warrant Officer 3 Glenn Eckenrode on Feb. 8.  Degraw will serve with the 50th Chemical Company, located at the National Guard Armory in Toms River as a Chemical Operations Specialist, after he completes basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C.
