Cecil N. James, a resident of Audubon, N.J., and a 7 year veteran of the New Jersey Army National Guard has the insignia of his new rank of Specialist pinned onto his uniform by Colonel Tom Simpson the Commander, Training and Training Technology Battle Lab (T3BL) and his mother, Sergeant First Class Nadine Rhyme, a 22 year veteran of the Guard. All are currently assigned to the T3BL located at Fort Dix, New Jersey. In keeping with the family tradition, SFC Rhymes has another son in the Guard, Troy Miles who is attending Officer Candidate School in Sea Girt, New Jersey.
