Proposed Readoption To N.J.A.C. 5A:4
Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery
The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs, Office of the Adjutant General, Major General Glenn K. Rieth, has proposed readoption to the chapter governing the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs proposes readoption to N.J.A.C. 5A:4, pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 38A:3-2.2, and 38A:3-6(o) and (u).
The entire notice of proposed readoption will be published in the New Jersey Register on August 17, 2009. The public has 60 days in which to comment. Persons wishing to make comments may do so in writing to:
