New Jersey Army National Guard Unit Deploys In Support Of Middle East Operations
WHO/WHAT: Friends, families, and local officials attend a farewell ceremony for more than two dozen Soldiers from the 50th Financial Management Company. The unit will deploy to Kuwait and will be performing disbursing operations, commercial vending services, military pay, travel and internal control functions for U.S. Armed Forces, U.S. government civilians, Department of Defense contractors, and many others. The Soldiers hail from hometowns across New Jersey, including, Lawrenceville, Jersey City, Easthampton, Tabernacle, Browns Mills, Delran, Edison, Pennington, Elizabeth, Marlton, Toms River, Trenton and Camden.
