Courses Offered
ULLS-G – one week – 40 hours
The Unit Level Logistics System-Ground (ULLS-G) computer will help you track scheduled and completed services. The ULLS-G program can give you a service schedule by vehicle. Below is an example of an ULLS-G scheduled service report by administration number. When the report is for a vehicle, the administration number is always the bumper number of the vehicle. Service data is provided that shows the kilometers, miles, hours, or date of the next service. As the BMO you need to be familiar with the information found on this scheduled service report, the AWCMF452
091-ASIH8 (63B/S/W) – 2 weeks – 80 course
Operate, service and use recovery vehicles and equipment; procedures used in rigging, recovering and towing of wheel vehicles.
091-44B10 ® - MACHINIST (PHASE 1 and 2) – 105 hours per phase
Works at DS/GS level and supports the two level maintenance fields, capable of using machinery make, adjust and process parts for military use.
091-44E10 ® - WELDER (Phase 1, 2 and 3) – 105 hours per phase
Works at DS/GS level and supports the two level maintenance in the field, capable of making modification work orders – per military guidance; supports the unit by using all techniques a welder needs to support a normal maintenance unit (welding/cutting/ different applications)
091-44E30 ® WELDER – BNCOC (Phase 3, 4) Phase 1 – Common Core; Phase 2 – Distance Learning - 108 hours per phase
Course teaches NCO tasks , along with MOS tasks to ensure the student receives NCO development (leader tasks) and learns new welding techniques for his level and expertise.
091-45K10 ® ARMAMENT REPARIER – (Phase 2, 3 and 4); Phase 1 (Distance Learning) 120 hours per phase
The armament repairer works exclusively with Armor equipment (M1/M2) he learns basic and advance electricity to ensure all components work as directed. Learns tasks associated with test measurement and diagnostic instruments – closely monitors vehicle turret behavior and vehicle weaponry
091-6-63-C42 (ADT) ORDNANCE ANCOC - 110 hours
NCO required course, part of the NCO process for leaders. Instruction is dedicated to teach leader tasks, and test students to direct a company to battalion size unit. Common tasks are integrated into the course and contemporary environmental situation is applied to all tasks and instruction.
091-63A/B/D/H/M ® PHASE 1 - 98 hours
Course teaches the basic of maintenance, a requirement for all soldiers. Step by step method of instruction, daily testing and research are the requirements to pass this course. This course is considered the base of maintenance (basic skills and knowledge).
091-63A10 ® Phase 3, 4 – 110 hours per phase
Part of the new level of maintenance, the mechanic (student) learns to operate, diagnose all the instruments (hull and turret ) of the M1A1 exclusive. Tasks range from basic adjustments to complex accessory gear box reduction and system calibration. On board electronics combined with mechanical advantage is the main goal of the course.
091-63B10 ® Phase 2, 3 (Pending approval for Phase 4 ) 110 hours per phase
Part of the new level of maintenance, the mechanic (student) learns to operate, diagnose all assigned vehicles from 1 1/4 GVW to 86,000 GVW. The student is tested daily by the use of “hands on testing” and constant research. Tasks range from changing mirrors, brake and alignments to extracting an entire engine pack, separating the transmission and adjusting clutch plates if necessary. The emphasis is placed on quick diagnose with the ability to support the contemporary environment.
091-63B30 ® Phase 3, 4 - 120 hours per phase
Part of the NCO development process, this course teaches advance maintenance tasks, associated with military leader tasks. Student is taught how to support from unit to battalion using the two level maintenance concept.
091-63H10 ® Phase 2 - 110 hours
This course is specifically designed for the track vehicle repairer (hull) inside and outside engine work (AGT 1500), mechanical knowledge is key as the student is asked to break the engine, transmission and learns the cycles of engine turbine theory.
091-63H30 ® Phase 3, 4 – 120 hours
Part of the NCO development process, this course teaches advance maintenance tasks and integrates wheel vehicle engines and transmissions. The course is a must for all track mechanics as this is the last hands on course dealing with track theory and instruction
