New Jersey Army National Guard

The Resource Management Division, headed by the Financial Manager (Comptroller) directs and coordinates budget management, finance and accounting services and military & civilian payroll processing. They provide staff coordination, administration and technical advice for activities relating to financial management. The Resource Management Division consists of the Budget Branch, Fiscal Accounting Branch, and the Pay and Examination Branch.
