NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP STATUS: Employment in this position requires
concurrent military assignment to a compatible military position in the New
Jersey National Guard in one of the following military specialty codes:

OBTAIN ADVERTISED AFSC/MOS
LEVEL OF CLEARANCE/INVESTIGATION: Member
must be able to obtain secret security clearance.
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTORS: Acceptance of
this position requires a minimum ASVAB Score of 67 in the Electrical area. The applicant must verify their scores with
their Military Personnel Flight/Military Personnel Office.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES (a copy of the complete position
description is available in the Human Resource Office):
Plans weekly or monthly work schedules and sequence of
operations. Assigns tasks to be performed. Recommend and participates in
the selection of personnel to fill vacancies. Performs the
nonsupervisory work of the function as needed. Implements
safety regulatory requirements. Prepares for and participates in various
types of readiness evaluations, inspections, mobilization
and command support exercises. Performs other duties as
assigned.
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience which demonstrates that the
candidate has the ability to plan and organize work, and provide technical
assistance to technicians supervised.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:. Must have 36 months experience in the
following:
ABILITY to plan and organize the work of the electronic integrated systems
function.
ABILTIY to meet deadlines.
KNOWLEDGE of electronic integrated
systems functions.
ABILITY to work with others.
ABILITY to oversee and train subordinate supervisors, to deal objectively with
workers and tender solid supervisory decisions.
ABILITY to devise new methods.
