NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT PROTOCOL POLICY STATEMENT
A nutritional assessment is completed on all veteran home residents to
plan nutritional care that will help maintain and/or promote optimal
health, improve medication response and remediate nutrition concerns. As
an adjunct to ongoing treatment, the nutritional assessment is performed
