CONFIDENTIALITY
All records of all veteran home residents admitted to, treated, or
served within the NJ Veterans Memorial Home Facilities will be treated
as confidential and will only be disclosed to authorized personnel and
to those so designated by the veteran home resident through issuance of
a proper release form being duly executed by the veteran home resident.
