PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT POLICY STATEMENT

The policy of the Personnel Department is to ensure staffing of each NJ Veterans Memorial Home Facility with qualified personnel in accordance with N.J.A.C. Title IV, the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and other departmental guidelines. In addition, the Personnel Department provides information and guidance regarding personnel matters within the facility and acts as a liaison with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Veterans Administrative Services.


INTERNAL CONTROLS:

The mechanisms for internal control will be accomplished by a monthly internal audit of its operations by it supervisor(s). Further, all procedures will be reviewed and updated as appropriate and annually.
