DISTRIBUTION CENTER PURCHASE POLICY All commodity needs of the facilities shall first be sought out through the Distribution Center. If product quality does not meet regulated standards, the facility shall have the option to purchase goods through a State Contract Vendor or by Bid Process following the State Purchase Policy (44-02-002).
