Monmouth County Resident Named MVC Deputy Chief Administrator
Denise L. Coyle
Deputy Chief Administrator
(TRENTON) – Neptune Township resident Denise L. Coyle was recently named Deputy Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) by Chief Administrator Raymond P. Martinez. In this role, Ms. Coyle will oversee the day-to-day operations of the MVC, which include regulating a wide range of industries and processes to ensure continued improvement in motor vehicle services for the citizens of New Jersey.
“Investments such as this have not only allowed the MVC to become much more effective in the delivery of its core services, but also more flexible in how it addresses the ever changing needs of customers,” said Martinez.
Prior to assuming the position of Deputy Chief Administrator, Ms. Coyle served as the MVC’s Chief of Staff where she oversaw the administrative and operational functions of the Commission. Ms. Coyle first joined the MVC in 2004 as the Director of Human Resources, later serving as Assistant Chief Administrator for Finance and Administration.
“This is an exciting time of change at the MVC and I feel so privileged to be able to work so closely with Chief Martinez,” said Ms. Coyle. “The reforms that have recently been completed and those that are still underway will positively affect how people view their MVC experience for generations to come.”
Ms. Coyle is a career State employee with over 25 years of experience and has held other executive management positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff within other State departments.
