CUSTOMER ADVISORY

MVC Agency Service Hours (Thanksgiving Holiday)

(TRENTON) – New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) customers are advised that all agencies and driver testing centers will be closed on Thursday, November 25 for the Thanksgiving holiday and Friday, November 26, 2010. MVC agencies will reopen for business on Saturday, November 27 at 8:00 a.m.

Additionally, the MVC General Information and Suspension/Restoration Phone Centers and Motor Carrier Services will be closed on November 25 and 26 as well.

Customers are also advised that vehicle inspection stations statewide will be open on Friday, November 26.

Regular agency business hours are as follows:
  • Monday- CLOSED
  • Tuesday- 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday- 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday- 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Friday- 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday- 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
