Proposed Amended Rules – Motor Vehicle Violations Surcharge System

(TRENTON) - The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amended rules pertaining to the Motor Vehicle Violations Surcharge System. The Commission’s proposal was published in the February 1, 2021 issue of the New Jersey Register.

The regulatory proposal may be found on the MVC website, njmvc.gov.    A copy may also be requested from the Motor Vehicle Commission by emailing a request to MVC.RuleComments@mvc.nj.gov, or by calling (609) 777-1407.

The public has until April 2, 2021, to submit comments to this proposal.  Comments should be directed to:  Kate Tasch, Administrative Practice Officer, Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, P.O.
