Proposal to amend the regulations governing dealers in motor vehicles.

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to amend the regulations governing dealers in motor vehicles.

Amendments to these regulatory provisions are technical in nature and primarily concern terminology to reflect the fact that the Division of Motor Vehicles has been replaced by the Motor Vehicle Commission and the agency head is now the Chief Administrator rather than the Director and correction of grammatical and typographical errors.
