Proposed Rule Readoption --  Autobus and Trolley

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed readoption of the autobus and trolley regulations without amendment.  The Commission’s proposal was published in the April 20, 2020 issue of the New Jersey Register.

Copies of the regulatory proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, njmvc.gov.  Copies may also be obtained by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O. Box 162, Trenton, NJ 08666-0162; or by telephone at (609) 777-1407.
