Proposed Rule Amendments - School bus equipment and inspection
The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to amend its school bus regulations, found in N.J.A.C. 13:20. The amendments pertain to school bus equipment and inspection.
The proposed amendments are published in the August 1, 2011 issue of the New Jersey Register. Copies of the rulemaking proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.mvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O.
