Proposed Rule Amendments -- Enforcement Service

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed an amendment to its Enforcement Service regulations that allows for the issuance of an amber flashing light permit for any farm vehicle that may be operated on a public road. The Commission’s proposal was published in the August 7, 2017 issue of the New Jersey Register.
