The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed amendments to its Motorcycle Safety Education Program regulations. The rules that are the subject of this regulatory proposal, which are predicated upon standards and requirements developed by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, govern the offering of motorcycle safety education courses by the Motor Vehicle Commission and by other entities approved by the Motor Vehicle Commission to offer such courses.

The Motor Vehicle Commission’s proposal was published in the September 15, 2008 issue of the New Jersey Register.
