The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to adopt amendments to N.J.A.C. 16:53D constituting the Zone of Rate Freedom percentage range for 2009. This is the percentage range within which an autobus utility is permitted to adjust its rates without petitioning the Commission for prior approval.

The regulatory proposal was published in the September 15, 2008, issue of the New Jersey Register.
