Proposed Regulation Amendments – School Bus

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to amend its school bus regulations, found in N.J.A.C. 13:20.  The amendments pertain to the use of school bus reporting forms by school bus drivers and operators.

The proposed amendments are published in October 1, 2012 issue of the New Jersey Register.  Copies of the rulemaking proposal may be obtained on the MVC website, www.mvc.gov; by mail or in person from the Motor Vehicle Commission, 225 East State Street, 9th Floor – East Wing, P.O.
