Proposed New Rules – Title to Vehicles Abandoned at Repair Facilities

The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed new rules pertaining to Title to Vehicles Abandoned at Repair Facilities. The Commission’s proposal was published in the October 19, 2020 issue of the New Jersey Register.

The regulatory proposal may be found on the MVC website, njmvc.gov.   A copy may also be obtained by mail from the Motor Vehicle Commission, by emailing a request to rulecomments@mvc.nj.gov or calling 609) 777-1407.
