The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to adopt amendments to N.J.A.C. 16:53D constituting the Zone of Rate Freedom percentage range for 2008. This is the percentage range within which an autobus utility is permitted to adjust its rates without petitioning the Commission for prior approval.
     The regulatory proposal was published in the December 17, 2007, issue of the New Jersey Register.
