The Motor Vehicle Commission has proposed to readopt with amendments its licensing service regulations. The rules that are the subject of this proposed readoption with amendments pertain to various subjects including driver licenses, permits, nondriver identification cards, titles, vehicle registrations, motor vehicle dealer licenses, auto body repair facility licenses, and defensive driving courses.

The Motor Vehicle Commission’s regulatory proposal was published in the January 17, 2006 issue of the New Jersey Register.
