REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP INCENTIVE PROGRAM Financial assistance is available to small and mid-size manufacturing employers with up to 400 employees who require financial resources to upgrade the skills of employees working in the direct production of goods in a manufacturing environment through the federal Registered Apprenticeship Program. The Registered Apprenticeship Incentive Program is administered by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development in conjunction with the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship & Training, Employer and Labor Services.
