Construction Permit

Fees are set by local government and vary from municipality to municipality; fees also vary depending upon the size and complexity of your project.

If your business is the construction of new homes, you must be registered with the NJDCA-Division of Codes and Standards. In addition, all new homes sold must be warranted by the registered builder.

The Boarding Home Owner/Operator license must be obtained prior to owning or operating and renewable each year thereafter.
