The Department of Labor and Workforce Development provides a variety of services staffing your growing businesses. We can screen and refer job candidates through our One-Stop Career Centers. Our Positive Recruitment Program can also help you by assisting in the recruiting and screening of potential candidates. Contact your local One-Stop Career Center to schedule a Positive Recruitment session.
You can also find qualified workers through our Workforce New Jersey Public Information Network (WNJPIN). We can accept your job orders which will be posted on America's Job Exchange, or you may conduct your own on-line search for workers in America's Talent Bank using your office or home computer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
