New Jersey offers businesses training programs, partnerships and valuable resources to keep our workforce competitive and your business strong.
  • New Jersey Training Systems 
    Allows you to search for schools and organizations that provide occupational education and job training opportunities. Your search results will provide you with information on the various programs offered by each training provider, and allow you to compare programs and providers based on information such as the location and length of training, the costs and any special services that may be offered.
  • Job Training Centers for Urban Women
    The Job Training Centers for urban women provide job readiness and life skills training, computer literacy, entrepreneurial training, counseling and support groups, self-help programs, job training and placement, and information and referral services to women in need of help.  Please refer below for the list of centers and additional information.
  • Hispanic Women Demonstration Resource Center 
    The Hispanic Women Demonstration Resource Centers located throughout the state provide outreach services to the Hispanic Community. Basic language skills, computer skills, computer literacy, educational evaluation services, job counseling services, self-help programs and mentoring projects, career information services, and information and referral services are many of the services provided at these centers. Occupational Safety and Health
Occupational Safety and Health Training Program funds are used to provide occupationally-related safety and health training to workers and students participating in occupational or school-to-careers training.

Construction Trade Training Program for Women and Minorities
The Construction Trade Training for Women and Minorities Program provides innovative training and support services designed to help participants obtain apprenticeships in the construction trades.

This program offers a support network of counselors and service providers who will supply guidance, encouragement, and solutions for trainees. There is also a one-time scholarship of $3,000 for tuition in a state-approved construction trade training program.
