Student Obligation: If continues to be partially proficient in any area

Students who by the end of their senior year have not completed the SRA process nor scored proficient (200 or better) in all the HSPA content areas may continue the SRA process as a regular, vocational, or alternative high school student (fifth-year student or retained twelfth grader) or as an adult high school student.
However, if these students choose not to enroll in a regular, vocational, alternative, or adult high school, then they may not participate in the SRA process but may continue to take the HSPA as non-enrolled "returning students" at their high school.
