APPLY ONLINE THROUGH THE TEACHER CERTIFICATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (TCIS).

Attention On-line Credit Card Users:
If paying for your certification by credit card, please note that these fees are non-refundable pursuant to NJAC 6A:9-5.4. However, if you experience a problem using TCIS while paying by credit card, please contact customer service at 609-292-2070 during the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except major holidays).  The Office of Licensure and Credentials Customer Service phone line is available 24/7 with recorded information.

» Applicants should first read the TCIS User Manual before using TCIS.

• Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 6.0, I.E. 5.5, IE 5.0, and Netscape 7.0.
• Please note that the TCIS currently does not support Macintosh users.
• Please note that the TCIS currently does not support the Mozilla/Firefox web browser.
