School Ethics Commission Appeal Process
In Cases Where the Commission Dismisses a Complaint:
Appeals are to the Superior Court-Appellate Division pursuant to N.J. Court Rule 2:2-3(a).
In Cases Where the Commission finds a Violation:
Any appeal of the School Ethics Commission’s determination regarding a violation of the Act shall be to the Commissioner in accordance with N.J.A.C. 6A:4, Appeals.
