Program Description
The Alzheimer's Adult Day Services Program partially subsidizes the purchase of Adult Day services for person's with Alzheimer's dementia or a related disorder. Adult Day Services provide respite to family caregivers as well as therapeutic care for older adults with memory loss.

Eligibility
General Requirements:
Participants must have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder and reside in the community with, and be routinely cared for or supervised by, a family member or other informal caregiver.
 
Income Requirements:
Income cannot exceed 600% of SSI (individual) or 700% (couple).
Resources cannot exceed $40,000 (individual) or $60,000 (couple).
