Program Description
The Adult Day Health Services (ADHS) program provides service to older adults with medical needs. Transportation is provided to and from the center.

Services include:

  • medical care
  • nursing
  • social work
  • nutritious midday meal
  • personal care
  • rehabilitative services
  • recreational activities
 
Fees
Daily private fee cannot be less than the Medicaid daily payment.
 

Eligibility

General Requirements:
Medicaid eligible beneficiaries who require supervision or assistance in some activities of daily living or require a skilled nursing or rehabilitative service. Older individuals who will pay privately.
 
Income Requirements:
A Medicaid bedeficiary may be financially eligible through participation in one of several Medicaid programs.
