Program Description
North Jersey Regional Arthritis Center promotes awareness of arthritis and the importance of prevention, early diagnosis and treatment and provides community-based programs, services and support to prevent disease complications and increase the quality of life for people with or at risk of arthritis.

North Jersey Regional Arthritis Center service offerings:
  • Distributes educational brochures and pamphlets.
  • Provides and maintains a list of providers of specialized services for arthritis.
  • Publishes local arthritis service directory.
  • Offers arthritis self-help courses, support groups, land and water exercise programs aimed at prevention of arthritis, reducing complications and improving quality of life.
  • Provides referrals to other arthritis programs.
  • Delivers educational forums including lectures and workshops.
