Program Description
Arthritis Foundation promotes awareness of arthritis, the importance of prevention, early diagnosis and treatment and provides community-based programs, services and support to prevent disease complications and increase the quality of life for people with or at risk of arthritis.  Volunteers serve as advocates for funding and research.

Arthritis Foundation offers:

  • Water and land-based exercise classes

  • Instructional videotapes
  • Public forums
  • Worksite Education Programs
  • A wide variety of free educational brochures and booklets
  • The national, bimonthly consumer magazine Arthritis Today

  • 24 hour, bilingual English/Spanish telephone and e-mail information service
