Program Description
The program encompasses deaf enhanced, acute care adult psychiatric units in a general hospital for the short term admissions of all deaf and hard of hearing individuals who meet the legal standards for commitment and require intensive treatment.
 
Fees
No fee for qualified individuals, charity care, Medicaid, Medicare, traditional or HMO insurance
 

Eligibility
General Requirements:
All deaf and hard of hearing persons
 
Income Requirements:
No individual otherwise eligible shall be denied admission due to inability to pay or the type of insurance held.
