Program Description
Through delegate agencies, quality, low-cost health care services are provided for women and men during reproductive years.
Services include:
Routine gynecological care including laboratory testing onsite or referral;
Contraceptive management;
Pregnancy testing and counseling including emergency contraception;
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) counseling, education, testing and treatment;
HIV/AIDS education, screening, and referrals;
Adolescent counseling and education to include abstinence, risk reduction assessment, contraception and safe sex practices;
Special counseling and referral regarding nutrition, substance use and abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, genetic issues, preconceptual counseling, and sexual concerns;
Health care services for males;
Level I Infertility Services including history, education, physical examination, counseling and referral;
Community education services

Fees
Services are offered at a reasonable rate, on a sliding fee scale according to income and number of dependents. No one is refused services because of inability to pay.
Private insurance can be billed by most agencies.
