Program Description
Project Healthy Bones is an evidence-based exercise program for people with or at risk for osteoporosis. The 24-week program is held at community sites throughout the State. The sessions include exercises to improve strength, balance and flexibility, and education on nutrition, safety, drug therapy, and lifestyle related to osteoporosis. 
 
Fees
Suggested donation of $1.00 to $2.00 per session
Participants may need to purchase their own weights

General Requirements:
Adults 50 + with or at risk of osteoporosis
Physician approval necessary
