Program Description
Homeless services are provided to individuals suffering from serious mental illness.

Services available are:

  • counseling
  • linkage

Eligibility
General Requirements:
Individuals suffering from serious mental illness, or suffering from both serious mental illness and substance abuse, who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
 
Income Requirements:
No individual otherwise eligible shall be denied admission due to inability to pay or the type of insurance held.
