Program Description
NJ Quitnet is a free on-line service that offers smokers an individualized quitting plan. Quitnet is anonymous, available around-the-clock, and may be accessed from any computer. Smokers can contact trained counselors and choose from a variety of quitting tools on the site, such as a quitting calendar. There are chat rooms where participants get support from others trying to quit.
