Program Description
The Department of Health and Senior Services provides a state grant to the Trans-Atlantic Renal Council (TARC).  TARC provides information, referrals, and financial assistance for nutritional supplements and medications, for patients with end-stage renal disease.

Eligibility

General Requirements:
New Jersey resident and has end-stage renal disease.
 
Income Requirements:
Income must be at or below 300% of federal poverty guidelines. For the calendar year 2005, 300% of federal poverty guidelines means $28,710 for a family of one. For each additional family member, add $9,780 to the $28,710.
