Program Description
Supportive housing is designed to ensure consumers of mental health services a choice of permanent, safe, affordable housing. Individuals are provided with housing, transportation, and a social worker. The social workers assist individuals to seek employment, as well as monitor medications compliance. Supportive housing also offers individuals opportunities for involvement in community life. Emphasis is placed on the development and strengthening of natural supports in the community. The goal is to keep individuals out of the hospital.

Income Requirements:
No individual otherwise eligible shall be denied admission due to inability to pay or the type of insurance held.
