Tracy C. Carluccio is the Deputy Director of the Delaware Riverkeeper Network, a nonprofit organization that provides environmental advocacy, volunteer monitoring programs, stream restoration projects, and public education. Ms. Carluccio has been employed as an environmental advocate since 1989, working throughout the Delaware Watershed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware. She has coauthored two publications for the Delaware Riverkeeper Network and presented papers at scientific conferences.

Prior to her present employment, Ms. Carluccio was Executive Director of a government water resources authority in Pennsylvania and a non-profit environmental organization. A resident of East Amwell Township, she is currently serving her fifth year as chairperson of the Township Board of Health and has served on several township boards, intermunicipal steering committees and community organizations, including Del-AWARE Unlimited, the ANJEC Regional Board, the Sourland Planning Council, and the Hunterdon County Conservation District Board. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of North Carolina and continuing education credits from Rutgers and Villanova Universities.
